Puja Pandya, PMP, currently serves as Engineering Manager and NPI Project Manager Operations at CIS Secure since February 2022. Prior experience includes Program Manager II at Chemring Sensors and Electronic Systems, Inc. from February 2021 to February 2022, and Program Manager at Safran from October 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities involved managing program activities for the Bombardier Aerospace Global 7500 Business Jet aircraft. Prior roles also include Project Leader at Eaton Corporation and Project Manager at HED, focusing on project implementation and customer satisfaction. Puja began a career at Ford Motor Company, initially in the rotational Ford College Graduate program, progressing to Lead Electrical Systems Engineer.
