Eric Karlsson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer support and software development. Currently serving as a Customer Support Engineer at ZynBit since December 2015, Eric also co-founded eFusion in July 2012. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the US Census Bureau from September 2002 to June 2013, where Eric held multiple roles, including Lead SharePoint Developer, C# Developer, and Survey Statistician. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, obtained in 2002, as well as a Master of Science in Finance from The George Washington University, completed in 2010.
