Vegard Sivertsen has a long history of work experience in the e-learning and e-assessment market. Vegard began their career in 1999 as a Co-founder at itslearning AS. In 2001, they moved to LogicaCMG as a Web developer. In 2003, they founded and owned itslearning NL and served as Commercial Director. In 2004, they were appointed Head of Services at itslearning NL. In 2007, they founded and became the CEO of Sivertsen Invest BV. In 2009, they became Managing Director of itslearning Nederland. In 2011, they were appointed Commercial Director at Efinity BV. Finally, in 2014, they became Chief Executive Officer of Cirrus Assessment, where they were responsible for the leadership and management of the organisation.

Vegard Sivertsen completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Bergen (UiB) from 1996 to 2000.
