Yacine Zoughlami has extensive experience in operations and professional services within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Head of Operations at CIRPACK since January 2013. Previous roles include Professional Services Manager and Customer Engineering Manager at CIRPACK, and Professional Services Manager and Technical Project Manager at Technicolor, where project management and technical expertise on Cirpack products were key responsibilities. Earlier career experience includes serving as Professional Services Engineer at Thomson Telecom, focusing on VoIP product deployment, and as Network Services Architect at Orange Labs, where architectural definitions for voice and video over IP projects were developed. Yacine Zoughlami also began the career as an R&D Software Engineer at France Telecom R&D, contributing to the development of Neotip H.323 SBC.
