Pat Donato is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy development and implementation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Group CEO of Cirka since March 2022, Pat focuses on revenue and profit growth, people development, and enhancing market presence. Previous roles include National Managing Partner of the Fordham Group at Perpetual Limited, where responsibilities included stakeholder management and operational oversight, as well as Strategy Consultant at GHD, Partner at Grant Thornton Australia, and CEO of BDO in Melbourne and Sydney. Pat's career also includes leadership positions at William Buck and Ernst & Young, along with foundational experience as Financial Controller at Domestic Comfort Services. Pat holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from RMIT University and completed the Company Director Course at the Institute of Company Directors.
