Lucia Curci possesses extensive experience in industrial relations and human resources, currently serving as an Internal Industrial Relations & HR Litigation specialist at BRT Corriere Espresso since December 2018. Concurrently, Lucia has been the HR Manager at CIR food since August 2011, overseeing industrial relations, collective and individual contractual matters, disciplinary proceedings, and social safety nets. Prior experience includes a role as Responsabile Area Lavoro at Nordiconad from September 2000 to July 2011, where responsibilities encompassed personnel management, disciplinary disputes, and contract negotiations. Beginning a career at Studio Associato Nicolini as an Impiegata from September 1997 to August 2000, Lucia managed labor legislation and staffing administration. Lucia Curci holds a degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia and has been a qualified labor consultant since 2009.
