Tiana Stute has a diverse work experience. Tiana is currently working at Circus as the Head of Expansion & Process. Prior to this, they worked at Circus as an Expansion Lead and as a Founder's Associate. Tiana also has experience working at Studio T26 as a Graphic Designer. Tiana has been involved in the foodtech industry as a Founding & Managing Partner and Chief Culinary Officer at Spoodi. Tiana has also worked as a Translator at KptnCook and Wiley-Blackwell, and as a Co-Founder & Creative Director at VELA Stories LLC. In addition, they have experience as a Designer & Brand Manager at Dinner Bandits. Tiana's earlier career includes roles as a Research Fellow at Columbia University Department of Psychiatry and New York State Psychiatric Institute, and as a Peer Advisor at Columbia University in the City of New York. Tiana started their career as a Social Media Analyst & Campus Ambassador at Modabound LLC.

Tiana Stute attended Stuyvesant High School from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their High School Diploma. Tiana then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Neuroscience at Columbia University and Barnard College from 2011 to 2015. During their time at Columbia University, they also studied German. In 2013 and 2014, Tiana participated in a study abroad program at the Freie Universität Berlin, focusing on Biochemistry. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin in 2015 to further their studies in Medicine.
