Mike Dulin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Circulus Holdings, Dulin has previously held notable positions such as Director on the Board of Directors at Divert and Member of the Board of Directors at ByFusion. Additionally, Dulin acts as an Operating Partner at Ara Partners and has served as Chief Executive Officer at HEPACO, LLC. Dulin holds a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) from the University of Kentucky, obtained in 2007, and a Master of Science in Environmental Systems Management from the same institution, completed in 2002.
