Erica Parker is the current Vice President of People at Circulo Health. Prior to joining Circulo Health, Erica Parker served as the Head of Employee Relations for DoorDash, and before that, the Senior Director of Employee and Labor Relations for LexisNexis. Erica Parker has a proven track record in developing and launching consistent Performance Improvement Programs, leading the creation of ER COE models, and increasing operational efficiency. Under Erica's leadership, the entire ER team was hired in less than 6 months and deployed to the entire business in 6 months. In their previous role as Senior Director of Employee and Labor Relations for LexisNexis, Erica was responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of all HR investigations, performance improvement, disciplinary actions, involuntary terminations, and other proactive employee relations matters in North America.

They are on a team with Sally Poblete - VP, Health Services, Isaac Edrah - VP, Payment Design & Economic Models, and Amelia McKeon - VP, Operations (IDD). Their manager is Mike Renn, Chief Operating Officer.
