José Carlos Saz is a highly experienced executive in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as Chairman and CEO of Habitat Inmobiliaria since 2018 and a member of Círculo de Empresarios since 2019. Previously, José Carlos held leadership positions including COO at NEINOR HOMES (2015-2018), CEO at ISG (2011-2014), and CEO at Mace (2006-2011), with responsibilities across Continental Europe and Latin America. José Carlos has a strong background in managing commercial projects, notably as Technical Director at Mutua Madrileña overseeing the Torre Cristal project, and as a Construction Director at Abengoa. José Carlos began career as Project and Construction Manager, working on diverse projects in multiple global markets. José Carlos holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and has completed executive education at Esade and IESE Business School.
