Isabel Dutilh serves as Vice President and Legal Counsel at Círculo de Empresarios since January 2015, also leading the working group on Legal Certainty. In addition, Isabel holds the position of Independent member of the Board of Directors at Banco Alcalá, S. A, where Isabel is President of the Appointments and Remunerations Committee and a member of the Oversight and Audit Committee. At Argali Abogados, the first Spanish firm focused on M&A in the middle market, Isabel is a Founding Partner since November 2015. Isabel also contributes to Millenium Hospitality Real Estate and ELECNOR as an Independent Board member, serving on various committees. Isabel's legal education includes a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad CEU San Pablo, a Master of Laws from the University of Wales, and further qualifications in Shipping Business Management and Leadership in Law Firms from prestigious institutions. Prior to these roles, Isabel was the Founding and Managing Partner at Dutilh Abogados from 1988 to November 2015.
