Ronald Cheng is a seasoned product management professional currently serving as the Product Manager for Payments at Container Exchange Services since May 2023. In this role, Ronald oversees payment systems related to Australian container refund schemes, managing over 10 million transactions annually to promote sustainable recycling. Prior to CES, Ronald held multiple roles at BizCover from November 2018 to December 2022, including Product Manager and Product Owner, leading diverse agile teams and collaborating across business lines to enhance the platform's growth and fulfillment of business objectives. Ronald also contributed to Excite Holidays and Objective Corporation, where responsibilities included acting as an Agile Business Analyst and Scrum Master, ensuring project effectiveness and quality assurance throughout development cycles. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of New South Wales.
