Matthew Moore is an experienced project manager with a strong background in urban planning and environmental documentation. Currently serving as Project Manager III at Circlepoint since July 2023, Matthew previously held roles at David J. Powers & Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included managing CEQA/NEPA documents and collaborating with various stakeholders on numerous land development projects. With a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from San Jose State University, Matthew has also contributed significantly in previous positions at Hoffman Southwest Corp. and the Social Security Administration, demonstrating expertise in project management, client communication, and data analysis. Additionally, Matthew has leadership experience in political campaign management and a comprehensive understanding of legislative processes from internships at the California State Assembly and New York State Senate.
