Seher "Sahar" Rakin is a certified Physician Assistant with extensive experience in primary and urgent care settings. Currently employed at Circle Medical since July 2023, Rakin previously served at Clay Consulting, LLC, and International SOS, where direct patient care was provided to Afghan refugees under Operation Allies Welcome. Notably, Rakin led the establishment of the Primary Care Clinic for Afghan refugees at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst and is certified as a civil surgeon. Prior roles include providing health care at Camp As Sayliyah in Qatar, delivering comprehensive services at American University's Student Health Center, and managing a small internal medicine clinic at Millennium Medical Center. Rakin holds a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant studies from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Biology from The George Washington University.
