Kang Wang is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and delivering high-impact software solutions. Currently serving as a Sr Software Engineering Manager at Circle since May 2022, Kang leads a team of ten full-stack engineers, focusing on user signup and authentication platforms and product infrastructure. Prior to Circle, Kang worked at LinkedIn for over seven years, where notable contributions included managing the security infrastructure team that developed a groundbreaking proxy service and enhancing outbound network traffic control. Additional experience includes roles at AppNexus, Bloomberg LP, Microsoft Corporation, Amazon.com, Business Objects (SAP), and VoiceGenie Technologies Inc., where Kang contributed to various software development projects. Kang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
