Carlos Dolan is an experienced executive in production and venue operations, currently serving as the Executive Director of Production & Venue Operations at the New England Conservatory of Music since March 2023. Concurrently, Carlos serves as Co-Founder and COO of Bottoms Up Movement, a brand focused on beauty and hygiene for LGBTQ+ family building, since January 2024. Previous roles include Director of Production and Venue Operations at New York City Center, where Carlos managed extensive production efforts and oversaw significant operational budgets, and Assistant Director of Event Production at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Carlos also held managerial positions at The Madison Square Garden Company and has a diverse freelance background in stage and event management. Carlos holds a BFA in Theater from New York University.
