Pamela Brown has over 30 years of experience in the field of human resources. Pamela is currently serving as a Senior Director of Human Resources at Circle Strategies, Inc. Since joining the company in May 2019, they have been responsible for managing the HR functions.

Prior to this, Pamela worked at Quay Pharma as a Senior Director of Human Resources from January 2021 to March 2022. Pamela played a crucial role in overseeing HR operations during their tenure.

Before joining Quay Pharma, Pamela worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance / Protective Life Insurance as a Director - Senior Human Resources Business Partner from May 2018 to November 2019. Pamela was responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support the business goals.

From January 2018 to May 2018, Pamela worked as a Senior Director - Global Human Resources Consulting at PredictiveHR. Pamela provided HR consulting services to clients worldwide.

Prior to this, Pamela had experience working as a Human Resources Consultant at Cambrian Innovation Inc from September 2016 to December 2017. Pamela provided strategic HR guidance to the organization.

Pamela also served as the Director of Human Resources at Albany Engineered Composites from November 2016 to September 2017. In this role, they were responsible for managing HR functions.

From 2000 to 2016, Pamela worked at Koch Membrane Systems, Inc. as the Global Director of Human Resources. Pamela played a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies on a global scale.

Pamela's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Human Resources at Wash Depot Holdings from January 1999 to June 2000, and at Town & Country Fine Jewelry Group from July 1993 to January 1999. At Town & Country Fine Jewelry Group, they managed HR operations for a global jewelry manufacturing operation with 1200 employees.

Pamela began their career as the Director of Human Resources at Hilton International, where they worked from May 1989 to April 1993. Pamela gained valuable experience in managing HR functions in the hospitality industry.

Pamela Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Merrimack College. Pamela also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School. In addition, they have obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2017, which is comparable to other HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or GPHR.
