Richard Foster-Shelton is an experienced professional currently serving as an Assistant at Circle Of Confusion since January 2022. Prior to this role, Richard was a Partnership Specialist at the U.S. Census Bureau from September 2019 to January 2021, where responsibilities included engaging the public and promoting participation in the 2020 census. Richard also gained experience as a PR Assistant in Game Day Media Relations with the Chicago Bulls from October 2017 to May 2018. Richard holds a Master's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Northwestern University (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Howard University (2013-2017). Richard graduated from Homewood-Flossmoor High School in May 2013.
