Cherie Canning is a seasoned leadership development professional with extensive experience in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating leadership programs across diverse industries. As the Founder and Director of Luminate Leadership since November 2020, Cherie has focused on creating engaging and inspiring leadership workshops. Cherie also co-hosts the "Lead with Courage" podcast, which highlights the stories of impactful leaders. Additionally, Cherie currently serves as a Group Facilitator for Goddess in the Boardroom, a program designed to support personal and professional growth for leaders at all levels. Prior to these roles, Cherie held various leadership positions at Flight Centre Travel Group from 2003 to 2020, including Regional Manager and Leadership Development Facilitator, where responsibilities encompassed customer experience, sales growth, and staff development. Cherie's previous experience also includes serving as Operations Manager at Stellar during the COVID-19 pandemic, where leadership was vital in service delivery. Educational background includes attendance at The Forest High from 1994 to 1999.
