Bob Richard has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Bob started their career in 1987 at Arinc Inc as the Director of Air/Ground Communications, holding the position until 2000. Bob then joined ARINC as the Director of Business Development in 2001, where they remained until mid-2002. From 2002 to 2019, they served as the Staff Vice President at ARINC Direct LLC. In 2021, Bob became the Owner and President of Circle Furniture, a company known for its sustainable hand-crafted furniture. Bob currently holds the position of CEO at Circle Furniture, a role they assumed in 2023.

Bob Richard attended The Wharton School from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Marketing.
