Amy Bostwick

Amy Bostwick has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Amy started their career at Sara Lee Direct in 1995, where they worked as a Regional Manager Retail Operations and later became the Director of Retail Operations. Amy was responsible for sales and operating results across multiple stores and regions.

After their time at Sara Lee, Amy joined Sara Lee Branded Apparel as the Manager of Talent Acquisition, where they centralized the corporate recruitment organization and implemented an organization-wide interview and assessment program.

In 2005, Amy joined Hanesbrands, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, where they led the HR team during a corporate spin-off and was involved in corporate restructuring and value stream mapping.

Amy then worked at Chico's FAS Inc. as the Director of Store Operations for Soma Intimates, where they focused on driving operational excellence and efficiency during a period of rapid growth in new store openings. Amy also served as a Regional Sales Manager for Soma Intimates and achieved double-digit comp sales growth.

At Gap Inc./Old Navy, Amy held the position of Director Commercial Impact for Old Navy Store Operations. Amy was responsible for driving sales, customer loyalty, and employee engagement in over 1,000 Old Navy stores.

Amy later joined Hanesbrands Inc. again as a Senior Manager of Customer Development, where they worked on expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets.

Most recently, Amy held roles at The NPD Group, a global provider of consumer and retail market research. Amy served as the Executive Director of Retail Analytics, where they worked with retailers as a consultant to understand purchasing behaviors and develop omnichannel strategies. Amy also held the position of Director of Checkout Retail Sector, where they utilized insights from a proprietary consumer panel to analyze consumer behavior.

Currently, Amy is working at Circana as the Vice President of Consumer & Shopper Insights.

Amy Bostwick completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Appalachian State University from 1987 to 1990. Prior to that, they attended Young Harris College from 1985 to 1987, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Business. Amy's high school education was completed at Roswell High School, though specific dates and any degrees or field of study completed are not provided.
