Andy Hector has a diverse work experience in various roles. Andy worked as a VP of Sales Operations at Circadian Health from 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Sales Operations at Papa from 2019 to 2023, where they empowered the sales and client success teams and managed key client relationships. Before that, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Baxter International Inc. from 2018 to 2019, where they interacted with customers for order fulfillment. Andy also worked as a Customer Service Representative at AdvaCare Systems from 2017 to 2018, where they managed call volume and resolved order issues. Their career started as a Business Development Intern at MDLIVE, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, where they conducted outreach and managed CRM for sales efforts.

Andy Hector attended Illinois State University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Management. In 2022, they also obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce.
