Dylon Norvell MBA has extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, currently serving as Compliance Manager at Circa Resort & Casino since May 2022. Prior roles include Casino Controller at Saddle West Hotel, Casino & RV Park, and Cage and Credit Manager at Stations Casinos. Dylon has also held the position of Cage and Credit Operations Manager at Aliante Hotel and Casino, overseeing a department of approximately 23 staff. Additional experience includes roles as Cage Shift Manager at Fiesta Henderson Hotel and Casino and Boulder Station Hotel and Casino, as well as Cage Supervisor at Primm Valley Resort. Dylon holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
