Christopher Rowland currently serves as the Executive Director of DEIB Strategy at Mitratech, beginning in August 2023, while also holding the position of Director of Commercialization and Strategic Partnerships at Circa since July 2021. Previously, Christopher Rowland was the Global Diversity Officer at ManpowerGroup from June 2016 to February 2021, where a global strategy was established that significantly improved gender representation in leadership roles. Prior roles include Managing Director at ManpowerGroup Solutions and Program Delivery Manager, with a strong focus on recruiting and client delivery. Early career experiences involved coordinating educational programs for high school students at Syracuse University Gear Up, mentoring at-risk youth, and managing finances alongside grant writing for non-profit organizations. Christopher Rowland holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Colgate University.
