Circ is looking for a passionate and analytically minded professional to join as the Associate Director, Strategic Finance to drive company strategy and support the growth of Circ in its revenue generation, supplier development, and capital raising. This role will also be critical in empowering executive decision-making with quality and timely analysis and guiding the company towards achieving its goals. This high impact, highly visible role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will not only have superb technical skills but also strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and present to all levels of the organization. Ìý

ResponsibilitiesÌý

  • Structure, present, negotiate, and drive the execution of customer offerings and supplier agreements.Ìý
  • Arrange, negotiate, and drive the execution of financing to support Circ needs and financial projects.Ìý
  • Collaborate with teams across Circ (e.g., Commercial, Engineering, and Manufacturing).Ìý
  • Lead the development and refinement of our investor materials, ensuring clear and compelling updates that reflect the ongoing advancement of Circ’s model.Ìý
  • Address investor questions with timely, well-supported responses, contributing to the ongoing growth and trust of Circ’s investor community.Ìý
  • Ensure the delivery of accurate internal materials and data on schedule, supporting both executive decision-making and investor communications. Ìý
  • Drive fundraising efforts by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to structure and secure capital. Play a key role in investor outreach, due diligence, and the preparation of fundraising materials.Ìý

QualificationsÌý

  • 3+ years experience in fast-paced analytical roles (investment banking, consulting, equity research, investing, strategic finance, etc.).Ìý
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and GAAP.Ìý
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.Ìý
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly and concisely.Ìý
  • Excellent working proficiency in Excel (you should be prepared for a financial model case study); comfort with data visualization tools and Python a plus.ÌýÌý
  • Excellent working proficiency in PowerPoint and presenting analyses in a compelling format.Ìý
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach across all organizational levels.Ìý
  • Strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and an ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment.Ìý
  • High attention to detail but an equally important ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses with strategic business context.Ìý
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and travel as needed.Ìý
