Dr. Hans-Dieter Koch has had a successful career in various leadership and executive roles in prominent companies. Dr. Hans-Dieter started as a Consultant at McKinsey & Co in 1981, then moved on to Deutsche Bank AG as a Manager in 1984. Dr. Hans-Dieter later became a Partner at Matuschka Group in 1987. After that, they served as Chief Financial Officer & Co-Founder at CompuNet Computer AG, where they built the business into Europe's largest IT equipment reseller before selling it to GE Capital in 1996. Following that achievement, they became the Chief Executive Officer at GE CompuNet Computer AG in 1997 and subsequently at GE Capital IT Solutions in 1999. In 2001, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at b-business partners, managing a €1 billion venture capital fund. Since 2003, they have been a Managing Partner at Cipio Partners.
Dr. Hans-Dieter Koch earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Goethe-University. Dr. Hans-Dieter then went on to obtain a Ph.D. in Finance from the same institution between 1977 and 1980.
