Gia D'Ercole has over 25 years of work experience. Gia started their career in 1992 as a Customer Service Manager at WorldCom. Gia then moved to Broadview Networks in 2004, where they worked as a MarQuis Account Manager. In 2007, they joined Akibia as a Sales Support Representative and was later promoted to Sales Operations Specialist. Finally, in 2014, they joined CipherTechs as a Sales Support Specialist.
Gia D'Ercole attended Westfield State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
