Gordon Monk currently serves as a Community First Responder with the North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust, providing essential emergency medical response in the remote community of Alston. In addition, Gordon is a member of the Board of Trustees for both the Alston Recreation Ground Trust and the Alston Landscape Art Town Initiative, contributing to community management and promoting local art and tourism. As a Director of Alston Moor Partnership Limited, Gordon focuses on the regeneration of Alston Moor. Gordon also supports CIPHER Medical Consultancy Limited with administrative and First Aid duties during Tough Mudder events, and works part-time as an Ambulance Control Dispatcher and First Aider with Event Medical Services. Previous experience includes a role as Project Manager at Thales from 1988 to 2013.
