May Leng Kwok is the Head of Market Development - Global at CIPD and serves as the Regional Head for APAC. May Leng relocated to Singapore to establish the Asia Headquarters, where May Leng identifies new markets for growth, cultivates strategic partnerships, provides HR consultancy services, and leads business development initiatives. May Leng also serves as the Student Development Manager and Business Advisor at CIPD. In addition, May Leng is a Council Member at the Australian HR Institute, an Advisory Board Member at AI Asia Pacific Institute, and an Executive Council Member at the Singapore Human Resources Institute. May Leng holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kingston University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Richmond, The American International University in London.
