Daniel Rae-Scott began their work experience in 2004 as an Assistant at Vivian's delicatessen, where they worked until March 2005. In 2006, they joined William Curley Ltd as an Assistant and later became the Sales Manager until 2008. Daniel then moved on to work at Pearson in 2012, where they held various roles including Content Production Manager, Vocational Sector Leader, and Qualification Delivery and Award Manager. From September 2016 to January 2017, they also took on a secondment as an Assessment Designer, responsible for research and design of assessments. Lastly, in 2020, Daniel became an Operations Manager at CIPD.

Daniel Rae-Scott's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled at the University of Nottingham. Daniel pursued a Bachelor's degree in English and completed their studies in 2010. Following this, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Literary Linguistics, completing the program in 2011.

Looking ahead to 2022, Daniel is enrolled at the University of Cambridge for further studies. Daniel is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Advanced Certificate in Educational Assessment. The end year for this program is unknown at this time.
