Eleanor is a member of the Investor Relations and Fundraising team.

Eleanor is the current Chair of the mentoring programme for Level 20, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving gender diversity in European private equity. The programme promotes the retention and progression of women within private equity, by enabling mentees to benefit from the experience and insights of more senior professionals.

Previously, Eleanor was a Partner and Head of Investor Relations at CPBE Capital where she led two successful fundraises. Prior to joining CPBE, Eleanor was an LP at Adams Street Partners and Horsley Bridge Partners, where she focused on making and monitoring primary commitments to European private equity managers. She started her career as a strategy consultant at L.E.K. Consulting.

Eleanor has a BSc in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics & Economics from the University of Warwick.

She joined Cinven in 2022.
