Alisa has led a cross-functional team of managers, formulators, and technicians to design, develop, and launch new products into the global marketplace. Alisa has also managed research & development budgets for flagship brands and led upstream innovation researchers in the development of new technologies. Alisa has a proven track record of success in product development and commercialization, with over 100 new product launches and millions in revenue.
