With a significant tenure at IBM as Senior Manager in Business Process Outsourcing (Payroll) and AT&T in various capacities including Director and Practice Director, William has demonstrated expertise in payroll processing accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. William holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance from the University of Kentucky and Accounting from Morehead State University.
