Kyla Carter MSML currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Cintas, having joined the company in February 2020. Prior to this, Kyla held the position of HR Manager at McConkey Company from October 2016 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing the HR department, overseeing onboarding and compliance, and developing company policies. Kyla's experience also includes serving as Staffing Manager at Logic Staffing and various roles at Victoria's Secret, Northwest Spine & Pain, and Limited Brands Inc., with a focus on staffing, operations, and payroll. Kyla holds a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Washington University.
