Gisella Ocampo has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the marketing and advertising industry. Gisella currently holds the position of SVP Marketing Latam at Cintana Education since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager at Great Place to Workâ„¢ Peru from 2020 to 2022. From 2016 to 2018, Gisella worked as the Corporate Development Partner at CARNE Prime Advertising House. Gisella also has experience as the Director Manager and Owner at Imaginarium Peru franchise, from 2002 to 2016. Additionally, Gisella served as the General Manager at Circus Grey from 2014 to 2016, at Circus Advertising from 2008 to 2014, and at Leo Burnett from 2006 to 2008. Their early career includes serving as the Regional Marketing Director for Procter & Gamble from 1990 to 2002, focusing on the Andean region.

Gisella Ocampo received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from Universidad del Pacífico (PE) in 1989.
