Ashunta Thornton MBA, PMP, SHRM-CP currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at CINQCARE, a position held since December 2022, after previously holding the role of Manager, Total Rewards. Ashunta has extensive experience in compensation and human resources, having worked as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Vacasa and as a Human Resources Compensation Analyst at both Grow Financial Federal Credit Union and Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. In addition, Ashunta has served in the US Air Force Reserve as a Medical Service Corps Officer since February 2018 and was a Total Rewards Instructor at Portland State University between August 2022 and August 2023. Ashunta's military background includes service as a Human Resources Supervisor in the United States Army Reserve. Educational credentials include an MBA from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
