Umer Farooq has been working in the tech industry since 2010. Umer began their career as a UI/UX Designer at Me Plus My Mobile, before moving to TkXel as a UX Designer, Senior Front End Engineer, and Software Engineer (Front End). In 2016, they took on the role of UX Lead at Cinnova Technologies, LLC.

Umer Farooq completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) at UMT from 2004-2009. Prior to that, they completed an Intermediate Certificate in Science (ICS) at Forman Christian College from 2001-2003.
