Jeff Coles is an experienced professional in the real estate and investment sector, currently serving as Senior Vice-President of Impact Investing for Multifamily at Cinnaire since September 2024. Previously, Coles held the position of Vice President in National Client Services at Berkadia from June 2017 to September 2024, where promotions included leading various specialty groups and enhancing investment sales platforms. Prior to Berkadia, Coles was the Senior Vice President of Investment Sales at First Capital Realty, Inc., from July 2001 to May 2017, managing investment advisory services and overseeing a team of analysts and marketing professionals. Coles holds an MBA in Commercial Real Estate and Urban Development from American University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University.
