Javier Sosa, with an MBA and multiple project management certifications, currently serves as a Senior Project Lead in Global Human Resources Technology at Scotiabank. Prior to this, Javier held various technical and project management roles at companies such as Cineplex Digital Media, ApplyBoard, and Cisco. With a background in telecommunications engineering, Javier has also worked as a professor of project management and in pre-sales engineering roles. Javier is currently pursuing additional education in Microsoft Excel and has a strong foundation in program and portfolio management, finance, and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
