Tamie Bailey currently serves as the Director of Compensation at Cinemark since September 2020, having previously held the position of Compensation Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Global Compensation Manager at Solera, Inc. and Compensation Manager at Dal-Tile Corporation, both of which were eliminated, as well as Compensation Consultant/Manager at Tenet Healthcare, where corporate functions were moved offshore. Notably, Tamie worked as a Compensation Consultant at UnitedHealth Group and as Manager of Compensation at MedSynergies before the acquisition of MedSynergies by UnitedHealth Group.
