Jon Hsiung is a seasoned Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in creating end-to-end solutions across various platforms. Currently at Cinder since December 2023, Jon previously contributed to Persona as a Product Designer from December 2020 to June 2023, where key achievements included designing analytics products and driving user research. Prior roles include Product Designer at Nextdoor and experience as a Product Design Consultant for Every.org. Jon has also worked with major companies such as Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America and Facebook, focusing on user experiences for automotive and messaging platforms, respectively. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Product Design from ArtCenter College of Design and has educational credentials from the Rhode Island School of Design and Taipei American School.
