Mike Pollard started their work experience as a Programmer at Purdue University in May 1987. Mike worked there until August 1987. In June 1988, they joined Cincom Systems as a Senior Software Engineer and held that position until May 2015. From March 2015, they became a Lead Software Engineer at Cincom Systems, and their employment there continues to the present.

Mike Pollard attended Purdue University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
