Andreas Hiltner has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Andreas started their career at Quelle in 1996 as a Systementwickler, where they worked on IBM/370 machines with PC clients. Specifically, they played a key role in maintaining and enhancing TC300, an inhouse transaction monitor that was essential for fulfilling orders from call centers, letters, and online platforms.

In 1997, Andreas moved to CinMARK GmbH as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2000. Afterward, they joined Cincom Gmbh in 2000 and served as a Senior Software Engineer until 2006.

Andreas then transitioned to Cincom Systems in 2006, holding the position of Lead Software Engineer until their visa expired and could not be renewed in May 2011.

Throughout their career, Andreas has gained extensive technical expertise and has made significant contributions in the software engineering field.

Andreas Hiltner completed their Abitur at Paul-Pfinzing-Gymnasium from 1985 to 1993, focusing on Math and Chemistry. Following this, they attended Quelle DV-Schule from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in IT and Business as a DV-Kaufmann.
