Tammy West-Gilmore is the Director of Corporate and Community Mentoring Partnerships at Cincinnati Youth Collaborative. Previously, Tammy worked as a Project Development Manager at GRAD Cincinnati, where Tammy improved the graduation rate at Taft High School. Tammy also has experience as a Protective Services Manager at Hamilton County Job and Family Services, and as an Executive Director at Anthony Waynes Services. Tammy has a diverse educational background, including degrees in Ethical Leadership & Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Human Services, and Special Education.
