Eric Schneider is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Cincinnati Incorporated since October 2017, specializing in research and development, mechanical design of new laser cutting systems, and overseeing product installations at customer sites. Responsible for coordinating testing and implementing changes based on field data, Eric also mentors co-ops. Previous experience includes roles as an Engineering Design Co-op at Cincinnati Incorporated, where design improvements and testing led to enhanced products, and as an Engineering Co-op at Valeo, focusing on calibration tooling and ergonomic workstations. Early career began as a Machinist at Abel Fabrication & Precision Products, operating CNC machines, and earlier employment at Cinemark. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, complemented by a high school education with a focus on STEMM.
