Connie Stewart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Connie currently works at Cincinnati Children's as a Community Development Lead, where they utilize improvement science methodology, facilitation skills, and change management strategies to support quality improvement teams. Prior to this, they held the position of Lead Consultant, Community Engagement at the same company. Before joining Cincinnati Children's, Stewart worked at Per Scholas as a Project Manager, where they recruited and managed volunteers for fundraising tasks. Connie also has extensive experience at Fidelity Investments, where they held various roles including Director of Business Infrastructure Management, Operations Director, Business Analyst, Team Leader, and Technical Specialist.
