Aimee Lemond has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Aimee started their career as a Consultant at BearingPoint in 2001 and worked there until 2004. Following that, they worked as a Business Analyst/Independent Contractor at Centric Consulting from 2004 to 2005. Aimee then joined Bridges for a Just community in 2005 as a Program Coordinator, focusing on local social justice issues. In 2006, they joined Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as a Senior Systems Analyst and later moved on to become an Epic Ambulatory Application Coordinator. Aimee eventually became the EMR Integration Architect and later the Director of Epic Outpatient Clinical Systems, leading a team responsible for implementing Epic solutions. Aimee then served as the Project Administrator for the Office of the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Growth, providing project leadership and overseeing operational aspects. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Medical Operations for both the Office of the Chief of Staff and Ambulatory Services at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
Aimee Lemond completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Analysis from the University of Miami in the years 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Design Thinking Bootcamp from the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford (d.school) in 2018, and in EpicCare Ambulatory from Epic in 2007.
