Lacy Ekert currently serves as the Chief Partnership Officer for the Cincinnati Bengals, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Lacy was the Vice President of Global Partnership Development at BSE Global, where responsibilities included overseeing partnerships for entities such as the NBA Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center from November 2021 to April 2023. Lacy’s experience also encompasses a tenure as Director of Global Partnerships at Topgolf, where involvement included enhancing community engagement across various Topgolf venues from March 2016 to November 2021. Earlier career positions include Director of Integrated Sales and Marketing at CBS, Director of Business Development at the American Heart Association, and Operations Specialist at Nike. Lacy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management from The University of Montana - College of Business.
