Kinley Shotts is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in partner programs and operations, currently serving as the Head of Partner Programs and Recruitment at Cin7 since June 2021. In this role, Kinley focuses on creating a world-class partner experience and overseeing partner acquisition and enablement for a global ecosystem of referral, VAR, and SI partners. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Manager and Partner Operations Manager at Cin7, as well as contributing to EDM Identity as a news and events coverage provider in the electronic music industry. Kinley's earlier roles at Cerner Corporation included leading the CommunityWorks Patient Access solution team, where significant implementations were achieved in over 30 hospitals. Additionally, Kinley gained valuable experience through internships in the U.S. Congress. Kinley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Arkansas.
