Jose Manuel Silva has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jose Manuel started their career in 1991 as the Deputy Director of Human Resources at CINCA, where they were responsible for various HR activities and managing a team. In 2003, they took on the role of Commercial Director at Mário Carvalhal - Soc. Unipessoal, Lda., overseeing pricing, sales strategies, inventory control, and general management. In 2005, they joined Tintas CIN, first as the Head of the Administrative Department, then as the General Services Supervisor, and later as the Head of Compensation, Benefits, and General Services. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR Strategy and HRIS Development Department at Tintas CIN. Additionally, in 2021, they also worked as a Freelance Consultant at GLG. Throughout their career, Jose Manuel Silva has showcased their expertise in various areas, including HR, general management, and sales.
Jose Manuel Silva obtained their Graduation degree in Human Resources and Occupational Psychology from ISLA - Instituto Politécnico de Gestão e Tecnologia from 1998 to 2002. Jose Manuel then pursued a Post Graduation degree in People Management from Porto Business School in 2015-2016. Later, they completed their Postgraduate Studies in Business Information Systems Management at Porto Executive Academy from 2019 to 2020.
